State Senator Amanda Chase endorsed Ed Gillespie for Governor on Facebook Thursday!
Next year is a big year for our party and our Commonwealth. It is critically important that we elect a Republican Governor who shares our belief in the constitutional principles that we fight for every day. I am proud to endorse Ed Gillespie for Governor because I know Ed believes in our constitutional principles, and I know that he has a vision and plan to strengthen Virginia’s economy for families and small businesses.
Ed speaks often about governing based on constitutional principles. He will be an ardent defender of our Second Amendment rights. He will protect religious liberty. He will advance the timeless principles that made our nation and beautiful Commonwealth strong.
Ed also knows that we have to get our economy growing again. Four more years of anemic, stagnant economic growth just won’t cut it. Ed understands the economic challenges that Virginia faces and he has spent the last year traveling the Commonwealth, listening to business owners and developing a substantive policy agenda to turn our economy around. He shares my commitment to tax reform that gives families and small businesses tax relief. I know Ed will work with a Republican Senate and a Republican House of Delegates to enact policies that help families and small businesses thrive and prosper.
