RICHMOND, VA – Longtime conservative leader, 2014 U.S. Senate nominee and 2017 Republican candidate for governor Ed Gillespie launched a new campaign video this week, pledging to be a Governor “For All Virginians.”
The video highlights Ed’s work to develop a substantive policy agenda that works for all Virginians by bringing together legislators, business leaders, experts, advocacy stakeholders, and citizens from across the Commonwealth. In the weeks and months ahead, Gillespie will lay out an optimistic vision and substantive policy proposals based on conservative principles.
“We’re not going to divide our way to greater prosperity, to more jobs, to better schools, to new roads and I want put forward a plan that I know, based on the conversation that we had here today and the policies we’re developing in these working groups that will make life better for all Virginians. For the addict who wants to be in recovery, for children trapped in failing schools, for the laid off miners,” Gillespie said. “And I know that our policies will do that, will make life better for all Virginians. We’ve got to come together and I’m going to be a governor for all Virginians.
